Series races remain at 8 races each. If weather conditions force us to cancel, we will do our best to reschedule. However, if we cannot complete all eight races, the series will be scored based on the races that have taken place.
We will race with JAM as our class for Series races and our PHRF/Club rating for coastal races. We will give out 1st place trophies for each series race and overall, 1,2,3.
We will use virtual marks, and we will provide all racers with a list of the coordinates at the March racing meeting. The list will also be online.
Discussions have already occurred with the officers at SSSF and GSC concerning race invites and calendars are being shared. More boats equal more competition and hopefully more fun. We have already teamed up with PBSC and Castaways for a few races.
We will run a few series races to the south of HI and see how they work.
We will be having some type of race each month of the year. We offer a variety of enjoyable races and encourage sailors of all skill levels and experience to participate.
