2026 New Year’s Eve Cruise toLake Boca

Release your inspiration...

I remember at the November HISC meeting it was announced that there still wasn’t a host for the

New Year’s Eve cruise to Lake Boca. Sharyn Leigh was already scheduled to go out of service

after the Tipsy Turtle race just four days earlier. Bummer, I thought. Too bad I don’t have a boat.

Hmmmm.

Then, almost like abracadabra, on December 1st Good Nuf appeared at my dock. Well, not

exactly magically — she arrived after a fabulous sail north from Dinner Key Marina, passing all

the fancy boats heading south to the Wirth Munroe race. Now I had no excuse.

And Vern and Kelly like a good cruise, and now they have Stolen Dance. Maybe I can convince

them to host?

Texts to the cruise chair flew on December 2
