This is a tradition that embodies the spirit of our sailing community. The pageantry begins with the parade of commodores! Next is the ceremonial passing of the gold stars as we bid farewell to our esteemed 2025 Commodore, Barry Simmons, and welcome aboard our new helmswoman, 2026 Commodore Astrid Hunton. Afterward, we dine and dance!
A complimentary cocktail is included in the price of your dinner. A drink ticket will be handed to you when you check in the evening of our event.
Dinner Menu Choice of:
- Braised Short Rib, Sweet potato mash, broccoli
- Miso Glazed Salmon, Wok Vegetable
- Eggplant-Zucchini Lasagna, Sauteed Spinach
All entrees will include: Signature House Salad and Key Lime Pie
